Carson City
Carson City boasts a prosperous business community that is welcoming a wave of new and expanding development sustained by a supportive local government and energetic public participation. Pershing County
Pershing County offers the simple pleasures of a rural lifestyle combined with Nevada's unbeatable business climate, such as available land, clean air, a dependable workforce and a beautiful desert landscaping. Lovelock is the major community and county seat of Pershing County and lies in a level meadow valley located 92 miles east of Reno. Lovelock was developed around the railroad, and the local economy is supported by mining (diotomite, fluorspar, gold, gypsum, iron ore, lead, mercury, silver and tungsten), agriculture, services (motels, gas stations and restaurants), retail trade and tourism. Storey County
Storey County earned its place on the map in 1859 when miners discovered the largest deposit of gold and silver ever found in Virginia City. The county’s growing industrial sector plays an equally important role, as it is home to the United State’s largest industrial park, the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center (TRI), occupied with companies such as WalMart, Kal Kan Pet Foods, APL Logistics, distributors of Dell Computers, and Alcoa. Washoe County
The Washoe County area, located along the eastern slopes of the majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains and reaching to the shores of Lake Tahoe, is outwardly pro-business and continues to expand as numerous large name industries and corporations call the area home. With a population of approximately 380,000, the area offers the essence of a close-knit community while providing the amenities available in a big city.
